We offer our customers a “Service pack” which includes telephone and remote support service, the customer can make use of it by opening a ticket via the website or by phone.
Our co-ordination partners offer our customers a first level of support that for many of the alerts they receive is already enough to solve the problems of the equipment or the applications, with just a few pointers or a remote support.
For cases where on-site assistance is required, our coordinators transfer the service to the technician who, due to the characteristics of the notification or the proximity to the customer, can resolve it with maximum speed and solvency.
We have trained technicians in different fields, Systems, microinformatics, printers, networks, web design, ATMs, etc. All this so that in a single contract you have the necessary tool for every problem that you raise.
We have technicians with a good level of English, which allows us to provide solutions to companies belonging to multinationals that have their IT Services desktop outside of Spain, acting as a link between the user and the IT Service.
